Here are some more examples of the first conditional in English. Pay attention to the verbs.

If the customer doesn't reply today, I won't be able to help him until next week.

I will help you as soon as I have finished writing this email.

She'll be late if the train is delayed.

You'll miss the deadline if you don't hurry up.

Unless we increase advertising funds, we won't make much money in this quarter.
